#003 - Seymour Cray, the Superman of supercomputers
CRAY, 50 years of history
The Cray X-MP/48, once used at CERN, as well as the Cray-1S, the first Cray supercomputer installed in Switzerland at the EPFL Computing Center, have joined Musée Bolo next to the Cray-2 and the Cray T3D.
These incredible and uniquely designed machines have been restored. A temporary exhibition that highlights the history of the CRAY supercomputer and its genius inventor, Seymour Cray, is on view from December 16, 2022.
